Secrets in Healthcare 2026 Ticket Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Secrets in Healthcare 2026 Ticket Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by:

Secrets in Healthcare
A project of Temple of Healing Truth, a Private Ecclesiastic Research Institute/Center

Branson, Missouri 65616

Throughout these Official Rules, Temple of Healing Truth and Secrets in Healthcare are collectively referred to as the "Sponsor."

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at:

August 1, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Central Time (CT)

and ends at:

August 31, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Central Time (CT).

Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to:

  • Legal residents of the United States.

  • Individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of Temple of Healing Truth, Secrets in Healthcare, and any companies directly involved in the administration of this Giveaway are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, donation, or conference registration is necessary to enter or win.

Purchasing conference tickets does not improve your chances of winning.

5. How to Enter

To receive one (1) official entry:

  1. Follow Secrets in Healthcare on Facebook or Instagram.

  2. Like the official Giveaway post.

  3. Comment on the official Giveaway post explaining why you are excited to attend the conference.

  4. Complete the official online entry form located at:

https://www.secretsinhealthcare.com/giveaway

All required information must be completed to receive an official entry.

Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or late entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Entry Limit

Limit one (1) official entry per person during the Giveaway Period.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual attempting to obtain multiple entries through fraudulent or automated means.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

Two (2) General Admission Tickets to the 5th Annual Secrets in Healthcare Conference

Conference Details

  • November 20–21, 2026

  • Big Cedar Lodge

  • Ridgedale, Missouri (near Branson)

Approximate Retail Value (ARV):

$500 USD

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Expenses Not Included

The prize includes conference admission only.

Winner is solely responsible for all additional expenses including, but not limited to:

  • Transportation

  • Airfare

  • Mileage

  • Fuel

  • Hotel accommodations

  • Meals

  • Parking

  • Personal expenses

  • Travel insurance

  • Any other costs associated with attending the conference

9. Winner Selection

On or about September 2, 2026, one winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor's decisions regarding the Giveaway are final and binding.

10. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be notified using the email address provided on the official entry form.

Sponsor may also attempt to notify the winner through social media.

It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that contact information remains accurate.

11. Response Deadline

The selected winner must respond within 72 hours of the first notification attempt.

If the selected winner:

  • cannot be contacted,

  • fails to respond within 72 hours,

  • is determined to be ineligible,

  • declines the prize, or

  • fails to comply with these Official Rules,

Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

12. Alternate Winner

If necessary, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

This process may continue until the prize has been awarded.

13. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner's first name, city, state, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements related to the Giveaway for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

14. Privacy

Information collected during entry will be used solely for:

  • administering this Giveaway;

  • contacting the winner; and

  • sending future Secrets in Healthcare communications only to entrants who voluntarily opt in to receive marketing emails.

Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter or win.

Entrants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in future email communications.

Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information regarding how personal information is collected, stored, and used.

15. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Temple of Healing Truth, Secrets in Healthcare, their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, partners, affiliates, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, damage, claim, or expense arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries;

  • technical failures;

  • internet interruptions;

  • computer malfunctions;

  • unauthorized intervention;

  • printing errors;

  • website outages;

  • human error; or

  • any other errors affecting administration of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.

16. Facebook / Instagram / Meta Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.

By participating, entrants understand they are providing information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

17. Applicable Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Missouri.

Void where prohibited by law.
