Vendor Rules & Guidelines:


  • All products and services must align with the wellness‑focused mission of the conference.

  • No illegal, unsafe, or unapproved medical claims are permitted.

  • Vendors may not distribute materials outside of their assigned booth without approval.

  • Set‑up and breakdown times must be strictly observed.

  • Booths must remain staffed during exhibit hall hours.

  • Sound, demonstrations, or sales tactics must not disrupt nearby vendors or sessions.

  • Event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor not in compliance without refund.

  • Event organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

  • Cancellations after the stated deadline are non‑refundable.

  • Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance; vendors are subject to approval.
