Thank you for supporting Secrets in Healthcare, a project of Temple of Healing Truth. By purchasing a ticket, sponsorship, vendor booth, or participating in this event in any capacity, you agree to the following terms and policies.

 

All Sales Final

All ticket purchases, vendor booth fees, sponsorships, donations, and related event purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refunds, cancellations, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Scheduling conflicts

• Travel delays or cancellations

• Illness or personal emergencies

• Failure to attend

• Weather conditions

• Speaker lineup changes

• Venue changes within the event region

• Dissatisfaction with event content or experience

All sales are final.

Event Changes

Secrets in Healthcare reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speaker lineup, session topics, vendors, event format, or venue details at any time without prior notice.

While every effort will be made to deliver the event as advertised, changes may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Photography & Media Release

By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that photos, videos, and recordings may be taken during the conference.

Secrets in Healthcare and its affiliates reserve the right to use any photographs, video footage, or recordings taken during the event for promotional, educational, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation or additional permission.

We are committed to creating a respectful and welcoming environment for all attendees, speakers, vendors, and staff. Disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
